Evaluation methodology

The evaluation was carried out in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria through the AccessAudit InclusivitySite service by Internetimage, by means of:

  • Automated analysis using the custom InclusivitySite software;
  • Manual and technical analysis carried out by qualified personnel;
  • Source code verification and interactive behavior assessment.

The assessment also included the use of screen readers to simulate access through assistive technologies, verifying the correct semantic exposure of content, the accessible name of interactive elements and dynamic states.
Responsive tests were also conducted across different breakpoints and devices in order to ensure accessibility, readability and usability on mobile and tablet devices.
Tests were performed by simulating different usage scenarios, including keyboard-only navigation and access through assistive technologies, with the aim of evaluating not only the technical correctness of the code but also the actual user experience.

Navigation support tools

The website includes the customizable accessibility widget InclusivitySite EasyAccess, based on Iubenda technology.
This tool provides navigation support features, including contrast adjustment, text size modification, focus highlighting and a simplified reading mode.
The widget is configured as an additional support to the user experience and does not replace the structural accessibility of the website.
